Pool and slide were nice. Breakfast was also good.

Front desk- (Gaylene)sp? exception service kind, welcoming, efficient, accommodating she was lovely and outstanding at her job she should be rewarded for being an outstanding employee of Days Inn Balzac. Breakfast - Delicious continental breakfast and worker also very accommodating and kind. Room- Comfortable but needs better cleaning and vacuuming as room was dirty.

This is a new property, so everything is clean,modern and working. Efficient, quiet A/C. Very good size room with huge, very comfortable bed. The room also had a sofa, so you don't have to sit on the bed to watch the TV. Very good indoor swimming pool with a circular tube water slide for kids. Breakfast is included in the price, and is pretty much the standard buffet you get everywhere. NOTE.... there is no restaurant and no shuttle to the airport, but this is made clear in the description. If you need one or both then look elsewhere. There is a microwave in the room if you just want to reheat some food you bring yourself.

Rahul was very welcoming and though he was new he answered all our questions the best way he could. Room was a good size, so was the bathroom everything was clean. Wifi was great and check-in was a breeze. Was super grateful for free parking, microwave and mini fridge!! Didn't use the pool but I'm sure it was good too, there's also a water slide.

The location was great based on what the purpose of our trip was.
